Has been published by the library since 1975. The aim is the popularization of materials about East-Kazakhstan, assistance in the selection of local literature and studies of the land's history. The information is presented as a chronological list of dates of notable events of political, national, economic and cultural life. A number of materials are dedicated to the creative work of writers, scientists and other prominent men of culture, whose work is connected with the land, or who have brought a valuable contribution in its development and study. The most significant dates are accompanied by historical information and the list of related literature.
